2.3 No-Show: If you fail to attend the scheduled lesson without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided. Any fees paid will be forfeited.

3.1 Instructor Unavailability: In the event that we are unable to provide the surf lesson due to instructor unavailability, we will make our best efforts to notify you in advance and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

3.2 Adverse Weather Conditions: Safety is our top priority. If the surf lesson needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.

  1. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Timeframe: Refunds for canceled surf lessons will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 business days. However, the actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking. If this is not possible or if you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
